THE MARVELOUS THING ABOUT PAYCLIX ® IS THAT IT IS NOT A SINGLE STATIC APPLICATION BUT RATHER A DYNAMIC AND FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLATFORM.
When we first designed PayClix®, we recognized that EVERY business is different and has its own unique set of needs and requirements for accepting and processing online payments.
The conventional solution to this problem is to provide a single ‘one size fits all’application and then have the user adapt their business needs to fit the application by selectively using only the functions of the program that they actually need, making minor visual tweaks with changes to a configuration setting or just accepting the limitations of the program as a whole. Aside from the waste, it was not a solution to the 'square peg and round hole' problem and left users unsatisfied.
At PayClix, we took a different approach. We built our software engine with literally dozens and dozens of customization options so that each installation of PayClix could be configured to be visually and functionally different to cater to the specific needs of a single user yet still have the same stable, tested platform underneath to support all users.
Think of PayClix like a set of building blocks that fit together seamlessly to form any shape or size that is needed.
BELOW, ARE SEVERAL EXAMPLES OF THE WAY THAT PAYCLIX CAN BE CONFIGURED TO SUIT DIFFERENT USERS. WE INVITE YOU TO REVIEW OUR FORMS GALLERY, AND SEE THE FLEXIBILITY AND POWER OF PAYCLIX.
Escrow / Earnest Money Deposit
This is a simple form for real estate purchasers to make a deposit to their title company's trust account to 'seal the deal' for their purchase. This format works equally well for property managers, HOAs and rental communities which collect rents and other tenancy fees.
By law, escrow deposits for real estate can only be made with an eCheck (ACH) payment. Other types of escrow payments may permit the use of a credit or debit card.
Complex Time and Materials Billing
Payment forms can be made to act like a shopping cart.
In this example used by our Dispatch service management application, the technician can create a detailed list of the parts used on a job as well as recording their time. And, of course, sales tax can be automatically calculated and applied to the total amount.
The parts list can be either manually entered or downloaded as a spreadsheet for additional accuracy.
Cascading Forms with Embedded Logic
Forms can also incorporate complex logic so that form fields are revealed depending upon options selected or content entered.
In this example, the 'Name of the Individual Making the Payment' is revealed because the prior field 'Individual' rather than 'Organization' was selected. And, of course the prospective payment total is updated as options are selected.
Adding logic to a form can create fully interactive forms that react to user entries and are more intuitive and user-friendly.
Minimum Payment Requirement
You have full control over incoming payments.
In addition to our patent-pending 'Accept or Reject' function, you can also set a minimum payment amount (as a percentage) of the outstanding balance.
Some of our customers are debt collectors and offer our 'Offer in Compromise' option where the debtor can make an offer in full settlement of the amount due and PayClix will process the payment if it meets the minimum amount criteria set by the Merchant.
